With the capabilities of our tool shop and design team, we are able to produce any tool and product needed to manufacture individual parts for automotive industry. We are equipped with modern fully automatic presses Heilbronn REPZ 250, Heilbronn REPZ 320 and SIMPAC MC2-500 Progressive.
We have the MCV 1000 SPEED and MCV 750 SPEED CNC machining centers. For precision machining, FANUC Robocut Wire Cutting Technology is available, including a CNC control unit.
Our technicians perform quality control on a modern CNC 3D measuring machine Wenzel LH 108. Komas, spol. s r.o. is a owner of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 for the entire production program from the CQS and IQNet Certification Bodies.
