We are ready to adjust any steel part of the dimensions by surface treatment by phosphating. Phosphating is a very simple, relatively inexpensive and popular pre-surface treatment technology before painting.
In the process of phosphating, an insoluble crystalline protective layer which is electrically non-conductive is formed at certain temperatures on the steel product. The resulting layer is very thin and compact and features an intense gray tint. Layer formation helps to release grease from the treated surface. The surfaces of ferrous metals coated with common preservatives or molding oils are degreased. This significantly increases the corrosion protection, improves adhesion for further surface treatments, and thus achieves a much longer life of the product.
